XYZ啞鈴制樣機/啞鈴型拉伸試樣制備

  適用于制取各種非金屬管材或板材的標準試樣,刀具耐用,制得樣品邊緣平滑,無(wú)毛刺、無(wú)塵屑等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本新型制樣機采用仿形加工原理,并結合機械傳動(dòng)原理將螺紋旋轉運動(dòng)轉變成直線(xiàn)運動(dòng);無(wú)爬形、受力均勻、運動(dòng)平穩,試樣與刀具的相對位置可根據實(shí)際情況調定。

   試樣的形狀由相應的靠模板形狀控制;工作過(guò)程不受操作人員調動(dòng)的影響;多次重復使用,不需要反復對刀,能得到用戶(hù)需要的試樣樣條;減少了工作時(shí)間的耗損和提高了操作的通用性、提高了工作效率、降低了加工成本;且在工作臺面上安裝有吸塵裝置,為工作人員提供了良好的工作環(huán)境。本新型啞鈴形制樣機可以制取下列試樣:

1、GB/T1040“塑料拉伸性能試驗方法”中規定的型啞鈴形試樣。

2、GB/T 8804.1“熱塑性塑料管材——拉伸性能測定第1部分:試驗方法總則”中規定的型啞鈴形試樣。

3、GB/T 8804.2熱塑性塑料管材——拉伸性能測定第2部分:硬聚氯乙烯(PVC—U)、氯化聚氯乙烯(PVC—C)和高抗沖聚氯乙烯(PVC—H1)管材”中規定的型啞鈴形試樣。

4、GB/T 8804.3熱塑行塑料管材——拉伸性能測定第3部分:聚烯烴類(lèi)管材”中規定的型啞鈴形試樣。

5、GB/T8802“硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管材及管件維卡軟化溫度測定方法”及GB/T1633熱塑性塑料軟化點(diǎn)(維卡)試驗方法”中規定的厚度>6mm的維卡試樣。

6、GB 1634“塑料彎曲負載熱變形溫度(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)熱變形溫度)試驗方法”中規定的熱變形試樣。

7、試樣總長(cháng)≤170mm,寬16~30mm,3≤厚≤25mm的長(cháng)條試樣。

8、用戶(hù)要求的其它形狀的試樣。

9、本制樣機除可制塑料試樣外,還可制取如“GB/T 16865-1997”中規定的矩形鋁、鎂及其合金制品 試樣,其厚度為:3≤厚度≤10mm。

三、啞鈴制樣機/啞鈴型拉伸試樣制備 設備主要參數:

8、制取試樣毛坯,其尺寸為:

ⅠA型試樣:總長(cháng)174±2.0,28≥寬≥21;符合GB/T1040、GB/T8804.3中的I型試樣

ⅠB型試樣(GB/T 8804.2中Ⅰ型試樣):總長(cháng)144±2.0,28≥寬≥16;符合GB/T8804.2中的I型試樣

Ⅱ型試樣:總長(cháng)148±2.0,28≥寬≥26;符合GB/T1040、GB/T8804.2、GB/T8804.3中的II型試樣

P1型試樣:符合GB/T16865中的矩形試樣中的P1型

厚III型:維卡試樣:總長(cháng)≤50±1.0,寬10;長(cháng)條試樣:總長(cháng)≤170mm,寬=要求尺寸+大于2mm加工量;熱變形試樣。

四、啞鈴制樣機/啞鈴型拉伸試樣制備 設備標準配置:

3、啞鈴型ⅠA型模具及靠模一套(滿(mǎn)足GB/T8804.3和GB/T1040.中要求的I型試樣制備),IB型模具及靠模一套(滿(mǎn)足GB/T8804.2中I型試樣的制備),啞鈴型II型模具及靠模一套(滿(mǎn)足GB/T8804.2、GB/T8804.3、GB/T1040中II型試樣的制備),Ⅲ型靠模一套(制取維卡及長(cháng)度≤146)的長(cháng)條形試樣.

五、啞鈴制樣機/啞鈴型拉伸試樣制備 可選配置:P1、P2型靠模一套;GB/T16865中規定的鋁、鎂及其合金制品中P1、P2型試樣。



XYZ dumbbell prototype / dumbbell tensile specimen preparation

It is suitable for making standard samples of various non-metallic pipes or plates. The cutting tool is durable and the edge of the sample is smooth without burr and dust. The new prototype adopts the profiling processing principle and combines with the mechanical transmission principle to transform the screw rotation into linear motion; it has no creeping, uniform force and stable movement, and the relative position of the sample and the cutter can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

The shape of the sample is controlled by the corresponding template shape; the working process is not affected by the operator's adjustment; the sample spline required by the user can be obtained by repeated use without repeated tool setting; the consumption of working time is reduced, the universality of operation is improved, the working efficiency is improved, and the processing cost is reduced; and a dust suction device is installed on the worktable to work The staff provided a good working environment. The dumbbell shaped prototype can make the following samples:

1. Dumbbell shaped specimens specified in GB / t1040 "test methods for tensile properties of plastics".

2. Dumbbell shaped specimens specified in GB / T 8804.1 "thermoplastic pipes - Determination of tensile properties - Part 1: General principles of test methods".

3. GB / T 8804.2 thermoplastic pipes - Determination of tensile properties - Part 2: dumbbell shaped specimens specified in "unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (PVC-C) and high impact polyvinyl chloride (pvc-h1) pipes".

4. GB / T 8804.3 thermoplastics pipes - Determination of tensile properties - Part 3: dumbbell shaped specimens specified in "polyethylene pipes".

5. Vicat samples with thickness > 6 mm are specified in GB / T 8802 "determination method for Vicat softening temperature of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes and fittings" and GB / t1633 test method for softening point (Vicat) of thermoplastic plastics ".

6. Hot deformation specimens specified in GB 1634 "test method for thermal deformation temperature of plastics under bending load".

7. The sample length ≤ 170mm, width 16 ~ 30mm, 3 ≤ thickness ≤ 25mm.

8. Samples of other shapes required by the user.

9. In addition to plastic samples, this prototype can also be used to make rectangular aluminum, magnesium and their alloy products as specified in "GB / T 16865-1997". The thickness is 3 ≤ thickness ≤ 10 mm.
